Guild War Halls First off lets say that this is my FIRST rant. I had posted a shortened message of this over at D2Realm yesterday. Now we get into the subject. I say that if two or more guilds want to solve soemthing, then they should have a little hall where they can battle it all out in whitout disturbing other people or guilds in the process. In these halls they will be able to fight with their characters becuase it will be in a game. Whoever looses, either gets kicked out of their guild or if it is their leader who looses then the guild dies. Blizzard should be in charge of this. Once that guild is gone then blizzard should make it so that guild or at least it's tags could never be on bnet again. Or if the rest of the guild wants to keep the guild alive they will have to go somewhere else without their old leader and decide on who their new leader is. I dont mean part of the tags I mean the exact tag the guild uses. If the guild has more than one tags then the tag that the leader uses should be banned from bnet. This will solve a never-ending problem with guilds coming back from the dead. Which we all know is really annoying. Now in order for these Wars to take place in these halls the leader of each guild will have to go to a blizzard rep and ask them for the rights or whatever to be able to do it and they will have to agree to the term about the tags. Now if they dont agree on everything then nothing official will take place. They can have their own little wars but nothing will HAVE to happen to either guild. Now from my personal experience, too many guilds are too stuborn to go to war with another guild. This only makes the other guild dislike them even more. Or if they lie about either throwing someone out of their guild that you want out just in order to get their channel back, then you get really pissed. Afterwards you think to yourself, "Man I knew I should have kept their channel!" Then you get mad and if your a pk then you want to pk one of their members or just any innocent player. If your a pkk then you would want to go out to kill a pk. Either way you end up killing someone. So I say why not have a place where only members from the two guilds get killed and not some person who has nothing to do with the whole deal. Also what a great way to get rid of all those guilds who say "We are the BEST!! Come join us. We have killed 100 guilds and have over 1,000 members!!!!" I don't know about you but those guilds really piss me off! They dont know if they are the "best" guild. They probablly haven't even been around for more than 2 months. Therefore they dont even know what their guild is capable of doing. Also it would help with all those guilds who spam for recruits in channel guild recruitment. Spamming is the most annoying thing on bnet besides God Moders(thank god there wont be anymore of that in D2). I mean all the guilds have to do is talk to people and if they have to then they can ask people to join their guild. Well that's my two cents so thanks for listening. - Apostle
